Cynthia Ogletree
Realtor
Cynthia knows Tyler and the surrounding Lake Palestine countryside. A native Texan, she returned home to her East Texas roots in 1985 after residing in Austin, Houston, Dallas and the Rio Grande Valley. She and her husband, Steve, have been actively involved in homebuilding and remodeling, agriculture and education ever since. Cynthia's love of East Texas real estate and of serving people inspired her to study and earn her real estate license.
While Cynthia specialized in lake properties, her knowledge of Tyler and the surrounding areas has brought her many clients searching for urban and rural properties, too. Cynthia has many clients moving from or to the city, and she is very capable of handling diverse property transactions. Country and lake properties are much more involved, including but not limited to, understanding agriculture issues, lake regulations, property lines, bulkheads, septic systems, and boathouses.
Cynthia truly specializes in people, customer service, and doing things correctly the first time to make every real estate experience a positive one. She thoroughly enjoys what she does, so call her anytime!
